Job summary

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) seeks a Family Support Specialist to deliver in-home, school-based, and community services for Montana youth. You will collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and families to create personalized care plans and provide therapeutic support in multiple settings.

Starting pay ranges from $19.21 to $21.62 per hour, with an 11-step pay schedule; placement depends on education and experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
21+ years of age.
Background check and state child abuse registry clearance required.

Responsibilities

Develop individualized plans and implement evidence-based interventions for each youth.
Direct therapeutic support in school, home, and community settings in line with agency standards.
Collaborate with treatment teams, supervisors, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
Complete all required documentation in the EMR system accurately and on time.
Support agency mission and participate in PQI initiatives and organizational objectives.
Maintain professional conduct and represent YBGR positively to stakeholders.
Engage in regular supervision, professional development, and required training.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
