Job summary

Start Corporation is seeking a compassionate clinician to provide counseling to youth and families. You will perform assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual and family therapy to address emotional and behavioral health needs.

Requirements include a Masters in social services, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and a licensure in good standing (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or provisional LMSW/PLPC.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social services (Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience with licensure in good standing OR provisional licensure
• No restrictions that would disqualify Medicaid or other billing

Responsibilities

• Complete mandatory and ongoing training series for Youth and Family Services and licensed clinicians.
• Participate in bi-monthly supervision and consultation with Youth and Family Services Clinic Supervisor.
• Maintain a schedule of individual, group and family sessions and assessments for youth and families.
• Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments meeting accreditation and billing requirements.
• Develop individualized SMART goals and treatment plans based on youth and family goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services based on assessments and strengths.
• Coordinate with additional services and referrals to support client goals.
• Document accurately in the eCW system and maintain confidentiality.
