Wellroot Family Services in Gainesville, GA seeks a Behavior Aid contractor to provide community-based support for children, adolescents, and families, aiding behavioral modification and well-being for family preservation and reunification.

The role requires flexiblity with evenings, weekends, and holidays, in-home or community settings, and engagement with families at risk of CPS involvement. Travel across metro Atlanta may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant 5 years' experience in human services.
• Ability to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Local and regional travel is required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide community-based services to high-risk families and those in foster care.
• Deliver one-on-one behavioral intervention and parenting education.
• Support families to promote safe, stable, and nurturing environments.
• Engage with DFCS and other agencies to coordinate services and avoid CPS involvement where possible.
• Document visits and outcomes, and provide feedback to supervisors.
