Intercept Health, Virginia, seeks an Evening Support Specialist for the YouthQuest program. The role centers on supervising residents, helping with life skills, transportation, and administrative duties, with a schedule primarily in the evenings and on weekends.

You will guide residents in personal hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and behavior support, monitor curfews, and document incidents. A human services degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Interpersonal communication skills to gain resident cooperation and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with transportation, outings, and community appointments.
• Ability to supervise personal hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and weekly chores.
• Experience applying behavioral systems with fair, firm and consistent approach.
