It also includes taking our existing small youth group and helping them grow and develop to the next level of discipleship and engagement. Responsibilities include leading youth group gatherings, Bible studies, retreats, mission opportunities, and service projects; recruiting and supporting volunteers; communicating with youth and families; and helping integrate youth into the broader life of the congregation. Qualified applicants should demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the ministry of the United Methodist Church, and experience working with youth in ministry, education, or related settings.
