Job summary

Albertina Kerr is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in our youth group homes serving ages 10–17, supporting daily routines and learning needs in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.

You will help youth build social-emotional skills, independence, and community connections, follow behavior support plans, and collaborate with families and medical professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care; training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Excellent social skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Preference for weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Build safe, trusting relationships with youth.
• Help daily living needs and personal care.
• Follow behavior support plans and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with families, medical professionals and team.
• Support youth in the community and program activities.
