Youth In Need in Saint Charles, Missouri is looking for a Youth Development Specialist who will create a safe and therapeutic environment for youth in our Emergency Shelter.

This position values community and relationships, encouraging learning and personal growth. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, and a Class E Driver's License. Join us in changing lives!
