Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and collaboration with teachers and staff.

You will help design and deliver development programs, facilitate small groups, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources to grow academically and personally in a nurturing campus community.
