Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and targeted programming. The role collaborates with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs and to promote positive behavior across grades K–12.

The specialist will facilitate small-group sessions, connect students with resources, and help create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment within the residential school setting.

Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, is seeking a Youth Development Specialist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources.
