Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a Youth Development Specialist to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and collaborative program design. The role involves facilitating small groups, working with teachers and staff, and promoting positive behavior across the school community.

You will help design and deliver development programs, connect students with resources, and contribute to a nurturing culture that supports every learner in a residential Pre-K–12 setting.

This role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff.
