Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a Youth Development Specialist to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in a residential pre-K–12 setting. You will mentor students, lead small-group activities, and collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs that promote positive behavior.

This role supports students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff.
