Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
• Flexibility including evenings or weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical tasks such as lifting and standing.
• Experience in site support or facilities management preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards preferred.
• First aid or emergency response training is a plus.
• Experience with basic devices and computer applications is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment or materials needed for daily operations or special events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions, directing them appropriately, and addressing any immediate concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational disruptions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to implement site‑specific procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
