Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Youth Development Professional at the Shadyside Clubhouse in Pittsburgh. The role involves hands-on youth engagement, implementing curriculum, guiding programming, and ensuring participant safety in line with DHS regulations and BGCA safety standards.
The position emphasizes supervision, relationship-building, and collaboration with volunteers and staff to deliver diverse programs across STEAM, mentoring, athletics, and literacy.
Location: Shadyside Clubhouse; Shadyside, Pittsburgh, PA
Pay: $17/hour
Status: Part-time, hourly
The Youth Development Professional will be hands-on with the youth to implement curriculum and programming on a day-to-day basis. This role is responsible for the supervision and safety of all program participants as well as relationship building. This role will ensure that they follow all DHS Chapter 3270 Regulations and BGCA Safety requirements.
