POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Club Director, the Youth Development Professional (YDP) plans, implements, and supervises activities that focus on belonging and opportunity through academic success, health & well-being, life skill & leadership, and workforce readiness. The YDP will serve as a role model to our Club members while helping young people build the skills, confidence, and opportunities that shape their future.

TRAVEL:
Travel may be required to multiple Club facilities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas counties for training and professional development or other business purposes.
