SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Youth Development Professional for our After School Cub Care Program in Franklin, IN. The role focuses on mentoring youth and delivering engaging activities that support academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character.

Flexible scheduling offers 1–5 shifts per week with a starting pay of $10.50 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with children, and a valid state driver's license.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Youth Development Professional plans, implements, supervises members and evaluates activities provided within a specific program area, supporting our priority outcome areas of Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, Good Character and Citizenship.
