Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional (YDP) to support after-school programming for youth ages 6–18. Responsibilities include delivering BGCD and BGCA activities, maintaining a safe, engaging environment, and partnering with families and staff.
The YDP will work 2:00pm–7:00pm, Monday through Friday, under supervision of the Assistant Club Director, helping with program delivery, behavior support, and participation in club operations.

The Youth Development Professional (YDP) is a part time, hourly position working with our youth to provide "hands on delivery of daily in-house programing including social recreation, team building activities, and an overall environment to build positive relationships.
Under the supervision of the Assistant Club Director, a YDP is responsible for assisting with the development and operation of our after-school program. Works to create a welcoming and safe environment for our members and aligns new members to program areas, special events, and opportunities. Will provide support in their assigned program area by monitoring member's behavior, providing instruction, and engaging with members and parents.
The YDP develops and delivers the BGCD and BGCA suite of programs ranging from the game room to teen activities, arts and crafts, the food program, low organized games, outdoor activities, special events, before school program, summer program and group clubs.
The YDP is responsible for:
Build positive relationships: BGC staff, kids, parents, community stakeholders, visitors, volunteers.
High School Diploma GED is required
