Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures and client interventions processes.
• Interacts with and supervises clients during daily activities ensuring safety.
• Provides facility security including headcounts and room checks.
• Demonstrates Safe Crisis Management (SCM) techniques and guides others.
• Facilitates and documents groups or meetings; ensures proper documentation.
• Supports and promotes the Sanctuary Model and its commitments.
