Milton Hershey School is seeking a Youth Development Specialist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department to support students' growth—academically, socially, and emotionally—through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff.

The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources, contributing to a nurturing, diverse culture and meaningful impact on students’ lives while growing

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring students in an educational setting.
• Ability to lead small-group activities and discussions.
• Demonstrated collaboration across teachers and staff to support student growth.
• Understanding of social-emotional development and positive behavior strategies.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students to support academic, social, and emotional growth.
