Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley is seeking a Part-Time Youth Development Associate for the Montgomery Village location. You will lead hands-on activities, plan weekly lessons, and support youth in a safe, engaging environment.

You will collaborate with staff, supervise activities, and help with meals and bulletin boards while upholding USDA standards and club policies. Join us to inspire growth and community spirit.

Competenze

• 18+ years of age and able to work with youth.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience with youth preferred.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.
• CPR certification offered post-hire.

Mansioni

• Post weekly plans for parents/guardians and youth.
• Encourage full participation in activities.
• Identify alternative activities to Weekly lesson plans.
• Supervise program areas for youth safety.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with Club team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club.
