The Youth Development Professional role supports site operations with a strong emphasis on safety, guest services, and daily tasks across multiple locations in the United States, working part-time to keep environments welcoming and organized.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown of equipment, guiding visitors and staff, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and collaborating with team members to uphold site procedures and improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.
• Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures relevant to site management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the site to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment or materials for daily operations or events.
• Provide support to visitors and staff by answering questions and directing them appropriately.
