Qualifications

• AA required.
• Experience in youth development or education preferred.
• Willingness to transport youth and work some nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to youth in 4-H programming.
• Collect and track performance data (outputs and outcomes).
• Support volunteer recruitment, screening, and training.
• Coordinate county volunteer registration database.
• Attend evenings and weekend activities as needed.
