Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston is seeking a dedicated staff member to oversee program planning, implementation, and supervision across education, athletics, arts, technology, and games areas. The role emphasizes safe environments, strong youth guidance, and program quality for daily member experiences.
The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years’ youth experience, and solid communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Plans, implements, supervises and evaluates all programs and activities in the Core Program areas including education, athletics, arts & crafts, technology and games room. Develop and foster healthy relationships, with all members, at the assigned club.
Internal: Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel.
External: Maintain contact as needed with eternal community groups, schools, members parents and other to assist in resolving problems.
