Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health Field or relevant experience with a HS diploma/GED.
• Valid Mississippi Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with youth, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clerical duties: filing, copies, and monitoring point systems.
• Support Day Treatment Specialist in day treatment for SED adolescents.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, case managers, and school staff as needed.
• Provide transportation to individuals using program vehicle or personal car.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold agency policies and standards.
• Participate in required trainings and perform duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
