Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Therapist for the CY-FAST program in Provo, Utah. You will deliver crisis stabilization and evidence-based therapy to youth and families, working with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and long-term recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree and Utah licensure (CSW/ACMHC/AMFT/LCSW/CMHC/LMFT) or ability to obtain before starting; Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect clinical services to individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community
• Conduct crisis assessments, intakes, and psychosocial evaluations
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services as appropriate
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and crisis stabilization plans
• Maintain and manage an assigned caseload while ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, courts, hospitals, law enforcement, and state agencies as a clinical liaison
• Participate in family team meetings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care coordination
• Provide consultation, education, and support to clients, families, and community partners
