Job summary

Adelphoi Village, Inc. is seeking overnight staff for the Manor Enhanced Supervision program in Ebensburg, PA. You and a coworker will monitor youth, perform regular checks, and assist with any needs that arise through the night.

Job description

Working the overnight shift at Adelphoi can provide you with the wage, the benefits, the time to do these types of things, and more! We are looking for folks who would benefit from our overnight shifts in Manor Enhanced Supervision program in Ebensburg, PA.

What is the job like?

You have the responsibility along with a co-worker to make regular checks throughout the night, helping any of the kids who may have a need. In the morning you start their day and turn over the responsibilities to the day shift leaving at 7:00 AM during the week when working weekend shifts that can be later.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

Because this role involves working with older and sometimes physically aggressive youth, candidates must be able to:

• Safely perform physical interventions and restraints with individuals who may weigh 200+ pounds, using approved techniques.
• Stand, walk, and respond quickly throughout the shift.
• Successfully complete and maintain certification in Adelphoi's crisis intervention / restraint training and pass any required physical abilities assessment.
