Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in residential settings.
• Ability to perform crisis intervention and safe restraint when required.
• Willingness to work rotating day, afternoon, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor youth in a residential setting.
• Maintain safety and order using approved crisis-prevention and physical intervention techniques when necessary.
• Participate in de-escalation, restraint, and emergency response procedures as trained and required.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to provide consistent structure and support.
