Qualifications

• Previous experience working with youth in an adventure/educational setting.
• Minimum 2 years of climbing experience.
• Weekday afternoon availability and willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead practices and manage youth programs confidently.
• Work with the manager to create programming schedules.
• Communicate with parents and ensure SafeSport training completion.
