Responsibilities include leading practices, creating weekly lesson plans, and maintaining consistent communication with staff. Candidates should have strong behavior management skills and a minimum of 2 years climbing experience. A passion for working with youth is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with youth in an educational setting.
• Strong in-person and remote communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of climbing experience.
