Job summary

Forward Montana is seeking eight part-time interns across Billings, Bozeman, the Flathead Valley, and Missoula to support voter registration, education, and GOTV efforts.

Interns will connect with statewide staff and fellows, participate in weekly classes and DEIJ sessions, assist with events, and build community engagement while working part-time during summer and fall on a rolling basis. This paid internship runs during summer and fall with flexible hours.

• Actively anti-racist commitment and ongoing learning about DEIJ.
• Creativity and willingness to engage with youth Montana communities.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing political environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly classes and DEIJ sessions.
• Engage with volunteers and recruit new volunteers in FMT communities.
• Assist with planning, recruitment and execution of events.
• Support GOTV and voter registration efforts during summer/fall internships.
