Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch seeks a Casework Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction for casework services supporting the safety, well-being, and treatment needs of youth residing at Boys Ranch. The role includes supervising casework staff, coordinating assessments, treatment referrals, and documentation to ensure compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• License from Texas boards preferred (Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist).
• Minimum 2 years experience in case management is required.
• Staff supervision experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and general office equipment is required.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction for casework services for youth at Boys Ranch.
• Supervise and develop casework staff, ensuring high-quality case management, family engagement, counseling, crisis intervention and advocacy.
• Coordinate assessments, treatment referrals, service planning, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments, families, and community resources to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical resource, provide on-call support, and facilitate treatment recommendations including diagnostic assessments and coordination of psychotropic medication when necessary.
