Job summary

Cal Farley's Boys Ranch in Texas seeks a Casework Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and clinical direction for casework services supporting youth safety, well-being, and treatment.

You will supervise staff, coordinate assessments, referrals, service planning, and documentation, collaborate with families and community resources, and serve as a clinical resource with on-call support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required
• Licensure preferred by Texas boards (SW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist)
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience
• Staff supervision experience preferred
• Must possess strong time management and attention to detail
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have valid Texas driver’s license
• Must be available for travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight and clinical direction for casework services
• Supervise and develop casework staff and ensure high-quality case management and family engagement
• Coordinate assessments, treatment referrals, service planning and documentation
• Serve as a clinical resource, provide on-call support and facilitate treatments as needed
