Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS) seeks a full-time Transitional Living program staff member to supervise youth, support behavior plans, and maintain a safe home-like setting. You will participate in health/safety inspections, document care in CSWIS, and assist with daily living skills groups.

Responsibilities include transporting youth, preparing meals per menus, and coordinating with on-call coverage during off-hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; further education preferred.
• Experience with youth or behavioral health is advantageous.
• Ability to work long shifts and maintain safety and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, structure, and nurture for youth using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct health/safety inspections and annual drills; report concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation in CSWIS and other records.
• Dispense medication as prescribed after required certification and maintain records.
• Attend team meetings, supervision, and trainings.
• Lead daily life skills groups and document progress; transport youth as needed.
