• Conduct contraband searches, security counts, and supervise youth in housing units and classrooms.
• Maintain order by intervening with youth to ensure a safe environment.
• Supervise movement of youth between facilities and during authorized transitions.
• Promote adaptive behaviors through positive reinforcement and coaching.
