Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to youth aged 12–20 in a behavioral health setting. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate, and individualized care with a focus on holistic well-being.

Expect full-time or part-time opportunities with at least one weekend per month; in-person work across settings in MD/DE/VA may be involved. Active Maryland RN license, CPR, and 2+ years of youth nursing experience are required. Pay rate is $50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, including with youth.
• CPR certification is required.
• Recent PPD or chest X-ray within the last 6 months.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized care to youth aged 12–20.
• Deliver behavioral health, somatic health, nutritional, educational, and recreational services.
• Support overall well-being and thriving in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered care.
