Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in direct care or behavioral health settings preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; crisis intervention training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Observe and document residents' behavior.
• Implement de-escalation techniques during crisis situations.
• Collaborate with treatment team to implement care plans.
• Facilitate group activities for social interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of resident progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Assist in maintaining a clean living environment.
