Integrated Living, Inc. is seeking Behavioral Aides in Sterling Heights, MI, for part-time and full-time roles. The position focuses on providing a safe and supportive environment for children and teens with severe emotional disorders. Responsibilities include adhering to person-centered plans, helping individuals meet goals, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Candidates must hold a valid Michigan Driver’s License and be at least 18 years old. Training will be provided.

• Adheres to the person-centered plans for the Consumer
• Provides opportunities throughout the day to help consumers meet their goals
• Immediately report any reportable occurrence to appropriate entities
