Job summary

America’s Kids in Motion is seeking energetic, caring team members to join a fast-paced, family-oriented environment in Clovis, CA. The role combines coaching support with behavioral strategies for children with special needs, on a part-time basis (15-30 hours/week).

The team works across swim, gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, and camps, fostering a safe, positive learning atmosphere. Ideal candidates have experience with children in coaching, ABA, or related fields, with flexibility for

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, ABA, etc.)
• RBT certification or equivalent behavioral experience preferred
• Background in youth programs (swim, gymnastics, fitness, etc.) is a plus
• Patient, positive, and dependable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
• Flexible availability (evenings and/or Saturdays preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral strategies and real-time support for coaches working with children with special needs
• Provide instruction to coaches who work with children of varying ages and skill levels, based on your department of interest (swim, gymnastics, ninja, dance, preschool, camps, and more)
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Encourage confidence and celebrate progress in every child
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, upbeat setting
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with parents about progress
