The Site Manager at i9 Sports Honolulu is responsible for delivering a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing game-day operations at the venue. This role requires high energy, strong organization, and excellent problem-solving skills, with experience working with kids and a drive to learn sports management.

You will lead gym setup/breakdown, keep score, supervise volunteer coaches, ensure programs run on schedule, uphold sportsmanship, organize equipment, and maintain a clean, safe venue.

Formación

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems.
• Ability to manage safety and supervise game-day operations.
• Willing to work weekends and evenings during the season.
• Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Season Dates: Oct 3–Nov 21.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and breakdown gym for game day events.
• Keep score during games.
• Supervise volunteer coaches.
• Oversee venue operations and on-schedule programs.
• Uphold sportsmanship values and organize equipment.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and safety.
• Lift up to 35 lbs overhead.
• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver strong customer service.
