City of Durango seeks a Youth Basketball Scorekeeper to run the scorer’s table, manage the game clock, track fouls and timeouts, and maintain accurate scores as youth teams play. You’ll prep before games and collaborate with referees and recreation staff to ensure a positive experience for players and fans.
ideal candidates will have knowledge of basketball, strong reading/writing skills, and prior scorekeeping experience; CPR/First Aid certs are a plus but not required.
As a Youth Basketball Scorekeeper with the City of Durango, you’ll run the scorer’s table-managing the game clock, tracking fouls and timeouts, and keeping accurate scores as youth teams take the court. In this role, you’ll arrive early for pre-game setup and partner with referees, gym supervisors, and recreation staff to deliver a great experience for players and fans.
