Qualifications
Outgoing, extroverted personality to mentor and motivate young athletes.
Degree in kinesiology, human performance, exercise physiology, or coaching.
NCAA basketball athlete must have played at collegiate level.
Obtain NSCA‑CSCS, NASM‑PES, or USA‑W certification within 90 days of hire.
Strong desire to build a coaching career in the local sports community.
Responsibilities
Coach and mentor athletes to develop sports skills and performance.
Implement a science-based curriculum to enhance athletic performance.
Train athletes and work with other coaches to refine skills.
Communicate effectively with athletes and parents.
Support athletes’ academic and athletic development.
