HCI Sports & Fitness in Bee Cave, TX, seeks enthusiastic Basketball Coaches to lead youth camps and clinics for ages 3–14. You will greet families, keep sessions energetic and safe, and collaborate on planning while helping with setup and cleanup. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule and competitive pay.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of youth coaching, strong basketball knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with a professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.

Formación

• Two years of youth sports coaching experience or comparable experience with children in school or childcare.
• Knowledge of basketball—techniques and fundamentals.
• Experience organizing training sessions for children.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with children and adults.
• Strong work ethic: punctuality, organization, attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead youth camps and clinics for ages 3–14.
• Greet participants, parents, and guests.
• Keep sessions high-energy, fun, safe, and positive.
• Collaborate on session planning.
