Job summary

EL1 Sports is seeking part-time instructors to develop and deliver high-quality baseball and softball instruction to youth athletes across beginner to advanced levels.

Instructors will lead multiple program formats, foster athlete development, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented training environment in community facilities and fields around Tinley Park. This role offers growth through various clinics, camps, and MLB-partner opportunities.

Qualifications

• Baseball knowledge is essential.
• Coaching or playing at college or pro level preferred.
• Instructor experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to set up and move equipment.
• Willingness to support all instructional areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skill-specific instruction at facilities and fields.
• Provide age-appropriate coaching across group sizes.
• Build relationships with players, parents and coaches.
• Prepare, set up, and break down training equipment.
• Attend staff and instructor meetings and events.
