Job summary

Midwest School of Ballet in Edina, MN is seeking Substitute Instructors to support our Youth Introduction to Ballet classes this fall. On-call positions cover Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings, with occasional adult classes.

You’ll teach foundational ballet techniques to our youngest dancers, foster a welcoming, structured classroom, and communicate warmly with parents and guardians, and engage families with progress updates.

Qualifications

• Prior ballet instruction or formal dance training required.
• Experience working with young children in instructional settings.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly energetic.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
