Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or adults in recreation, education, childcare, athletics, or similar setting preferred.
• Effective communication with participants, parents, coworkers, and public.
• Sound judgment and professionalism in various situations.
• Dependability and punctuality in reporting to locations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an active environment.
• Qualifications sufficient to perform essential functions, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day curriculum, activities, and operations for assigned programs.
• Supervise participants and promote safety and rules compliance.
• Communicate professionally with participants, parents, coworkers, and the public.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment.
• Assist with setup, takedown, and use of facilities and supplies.
• Report injuries, incidents, or concerns to supervisor.
