Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and complete daily tasks with guidance from your manager.
• Learn how to prepare and organize customer orders, including measuring and cutting materials.
• Assist with delivering products safely and carefully to customers and company locations.
• Help keep materials neat and organized (straightening, labeling, and maintaining displays).
• Support recycling and disposal efforts.
• Assist with building and property care such as lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Assist with general cleaning of the warehouse and showroom (sweeping, mopping, trash removal).

Physical Expectations

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely (training will be provided).
• Some bending, reaching, climbing ladders, and moving materials required.

Work Environment

You’ll work both indoors (warehouse/showroom) and outdoors (property care, occasional customer deliveries).

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Wisconsin youth apprenticeship or school‑work program.
• Must be able to be physically present.

Compensation

$15 hourly
