Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services in Framingham, MA seeks a Youth Advocate Coordinator for its Juvenile Justice residential program serving youth aged 13 to 21. You will oversee staff and youth, executing the daily program plan and delivering comprehensive interventions in a highly structured environment.

This role offers meaningful growth within a mission-driven team, with daytime and overnight shifts listed (7am-3pm and 11pm-7am, Tue-Sat) and a starting rate of 21.83 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
• At least two years of experience with the population.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for staff and youth.
• Supervise direct care staff ensuring policies are followed.
• Ensure safety and security, including security checks.
• Assist in developing and implementing ISPs.
• Promote teamwork among staff and youth.
• Help youth identify goals and interests.
• Cultivate a positive program environment.
• Assign and lead daily group activities.
• Serve as an advocate and role model for youth.
