Job summary

The Hubert H. Humphrey Job Corps Center recruiting team seeks an Admissions Counselor to engage with youth and partners, screen applicants, and guide candidates through enrollment.

You will coordinate outreach with schools, agencies and organizations, track applicants, and interview candidates to collect essential information. The role is full-time in Minnesota, offering a structured schedule on weekdays and a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, vacation, retirement, and health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business or related field.
• Or an Associate’s degree with two years related experience and Minnesota driver’s license.
• One year experience working with youth, sales, marketing or counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities with agencies, organizations, schools and individuals.
• Manage contacts and enter applicant tracking data.
• Interview candidates to obtain pertinent information.
• Maintain established monthly goals.
• Arrange and conduct tours and pre-enrollment orientations.
