Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in home or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior support plans with fidelity.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
