Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a BCBA Clinic Director for a Youth Clinic in Jefferson City, MO. The role directs a hybrid clinic, with a salary of USD 80,000 per year and bonus potential up to 20%.

Occasional travel to the Jefferson City location is required, and flexible hours are offered. The director will lead staff in Positive Behavior Support, oversee behavior plan development, and ensure quality service across locations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Three to five years of BCBA experience.
• Ability to record data neatly, accurately, and objectively; consistent with Oakwood requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serves on Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing behavior expertise.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment across settings via replacement skills/social skills training.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues and monitors challenging behavior.
• Assist State Director with review and update of department materials.
• Follow payor rules and regulations for client payors.
• Fulfill coverage for BCBA supervision hours across locations.
• Provide direct supervision to clinic staff across locations.
• Complete new assessments for incoming youth and assign to caseload.
• Complete all PIPs/CAPs with treatment team.
• Track KPIs to identify proficiencies/deficiencies.
