Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is opening a new youth clinic in Missouri and hosting a hiring event. We seek Behavioral Technicians to deliver 1:1 behavioral therapy under BCBA supervision, supporting communication, self-help, social skills, and progress tracking.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and relevant experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and reliable transportation to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months relevant experience.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation; able to travel to multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision.
• Provide feedback on client progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and data.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with team and management.
• Work independently while coordinating with staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
